1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with the **Doorbin Travel & Cargo** digital infrastructure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately seize all platform interaction.

2. Services Description

Doorbin provides operational marshalling across the following business pillars:

verifiedTourism & Regional Exploration

3. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings and asset marshalling requests are considered "Pending Asset Allocation" until full payment is verified. Price benchmarks provided on the platform are subject to real-time market fluctuations and are only secured upon full payment verification.

Authorized Methods: Bank Transfer, EVC-Plus, Premier Bank.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refundability is determined exclusively by the airline's carrier contract. No-shows on local or international flights are generally non-refundable.

Once a shipment has been marshalled for transit to a hub, the fee is non-refundable. Any return logistics is subject to additional asset fees.

Consultancy and embassy processing fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of the embassy decision. Doorbin does not guarantee visa approval.

5. User & Agent Responsibilities

Users and Agents must provide accurate, legal identification assets. Doorbin is not responsible for transit delays caused by inaccurate data provided by the user. Providing fraudulent documents will result in immediate system suspension and potential referral to authorities in **Somalia**.

6. Limitation of Liability

Doorbin acts as an operational marshal. We are not liable for: Airline carrier delays, Foreign embassy visa rejections, Customs-related delays at maritime or airport hubs, or third-party hospitality failures.

7. B2B Agent Provisions

Authorized Agents must adhere to the high-yield standards of the Doorbin platform. Commission structures are tracked by the system and any discovery of fraud or unauthorized cross-agent interference will result in permanent termination of the Agent ID.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Federal Laws of Somalia.
